NOTE: the ots logging has had additional info added so the cvs header has been updated. Added contestant avatar, shopperpage, and their ots choice. OTS Header (csv)

NOTE: 2a is just like RC2 expect the default log preferences is now off/false. I forgot this in RC1, RC2, but now have it fixed. If no output dir was specified (which is the default), no logs were being created anyway, but off is the intended default.
