0.68 RC1 is available for test.

Still a download and drag and drop install.

Changes from RC0
1. Fixed JF employee highlighting when no usernames are in the selected HL option (well hopefully)
2. Fixed theme to not apply theme to the moderator
3. A few internal tweaks
