RC2 Changes
1. Adds "Find User's Posts" feature. Basically this is an extension of the existing Highlight link. The difference is that you can now select a user's name (or portion of it) within a chat post *e.g. @Mindstorm and select "Mindstorm")and when you click Highlight, the extension will find all the usernames that match and highlight those existing posts. Future posts will not be highlighted unless you click Highlight for that user. If no text/username is selected, Highlight works as it did in the past. Feedback, suggestions welcomed as usual.
2. Fixes an external link bug I introduced in RC1
3. Improves the chat theme options by adding a sample to show what the color theme will look like.
4. Addresses a possible condition that could cause alerts to not show up
