Mindstorm's Storm Front

I found a small bug related to the PM statusbar flashing that I put into RC2a.

Changes:
--pause/play chat text/button synchronization
--added additional actions
--made PM indicator flash on new PM
--changed Guru Guess calc to alert on price>retail when attempting to submit
